A contrast of classic and contemporary: Windsor Terrace launches

19 September 2016

Authored by Hayball

Windsor Terrace, a bespoke residential development of 52 apartments, has launched in a vibrant  and gentrifying inner city neighbourhood. A hallmark of the architectural response is the heritage façade along a major retail street which has been substantially retained and stands as a reminder of the site’s history.

Internally, apartments are configured to provide a diversity of accommodation, with a range of sizes to appeal to both owner occupiers and investors. Carefully crafted to feel generous and welcoming, the interiors concept echoes the architectural blending of a classic setting with contemporary elements.

Director Ann Lau says there’s a real sense of home about these residences. “They can envelop the resident in their own private enclave and at a moment’s notice, open up and embrace the colour and life on the street. It is a thoughtful and considered approach to apartment living.”
