Ivanhoe’s largest mixed-use project edges towards reality

11 October 2016

Authored by Hayball

Bellelle will be a truly mixed precinct that responds to its strategic location within 500m of two major hospitals in Melbourne’s north-east. Providing a rich diversity of dwelling types with generous outdoor spaces suited to family occupancy, the project also comprises aged care and independent living units, retail spaces and childcare, provisions for a GP and allied health clinic, gymnasium and hotel accommodation to service the surrounding hospital precinct.

A key driver is ‘Ageing in Place’ – a philosophy to provide for people living in their residence (and neighbourhood) of choice for as long as they are able, as they age.

The project is featured on Urban Melbourne – Ivanhoe’s largest mixed-use project emerges as Bellelle.
