The Australian Institute of Architects has revealed Victoria’s best new architecture. Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is shortlisted in the Commercial category and Nightingale Village has been shortlisted in the Residential – Multiple Housing, Urban Design, Sustainable Architecture and is up for the Melbourne Prize.
This year’s shortlist has been touted as one of the toughest with the high calibre of entries. Congratulations to the project teams and all other candidates.
