She has built her reputation for creating dynamic spaces that seamlessly connect the end-user, built form and urban fabric to benefit the wider community.
Kit also plays an integral role in the operations of the practice and the industry — sitting on the Hayball Strategic Design Committee and serving as co-Practice Lead for the Champion of Change Coalition. She regularly contributes expertise to industry-leading publications, forums, and panels.
