With undergraduate qualifications in Art History and Chemistry Emma brings a diverse interdisciplinary perspective to her Architectural practice.
A keen interest in the relationship between space and learning pedagogies has seen Emma develop skills in the intelligent design of innovative and adaptable education spaces. She believes that good design can positively transform the culture of a community and improve learning outcomes through the creation of spaces that are enjoyable and engaging.
“Collaboration and communication are at the heart of what we do as architects, with each project having the opportunity to learn from those we work with to create something with value and meaning. Participation in this process is a true privilege and deep responsibility.”
Emma’s interest in spatial design and the craft of building extends beyond the education sector to master planning, workplace, and tertiary institutions. She approaches all projects with confidence good design adds great value, that all projects provide rich opportunities for growth and that engaging diverse perspectives build value that can extend beyond the built form.
