In a contributing article for Architecture Australia’s Dossier ‘Gender Matters’ question how school spaces should reflect gender. They note that regardless of gender, students can learn in many different ways. Rather than creating differences in the built form of schools to reflect different genders, designers need to create learning environments with a variety of spaces that are comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and offer diverse opportunities for social interaction for all.
