Neo 200 Melbourne

Located on the link between the central city and the regenerating Docklands precinct, Neo 200 was designed to accommodate emerging demographic trends for smaller apartments close to services and amenities. With 180 degree views, the 41-level tower comprises business centres, restaurants and serviced apartments, and at the time of its completion was the area’s largest residential building.

Six parking levels above ground are camouflaged by a system of highly textured off-form precast panels that wrap the building to its top. The lobby features reflective materials in a palette of gold and bronze which corresponds with the building’s exterior. The robust appearance of the tower, combined with the energetic treatment of the ground level retail and entry spaces, provides a strong street presence at the edge of the city grid.
